HITWAY BK16 City Electric Bike 250W 48V 18Ah Samsung Step-Through

HITWAY BK16 City Electric Bike

The BK16 is a step-through city e-bike built around a 48V 18Ah Samsung battery. Up to 150 km of range, three assist levels and an app-connected display make it a genuinely practical machine for the daily commute and everything around it. It is a UK-legal 250W pedal-assist e-bike, certified to EN 15194, with no throttle.

Long-Range Samsung Battery

A high-capacity 48V 18Ah Samsung lithium battery gives the BK16 a range of 80–150 km on a single charge. The battery is removable and carries a built-in lock, so you can charge it at home or at your desk rather than leaving the bike outside.

250W Motor with 60Nm of Torque

The 250W brushless motor delivers strong acceleration and confident climbing, with up to 60Nm of torque. Assistance is limited to 25 km/h (15.5 mph), which keeps the BK16 compliant with EN 15194 and legal to ride on UK public roads. Paired with 26 × 3.0-inch puncture-resistant tyres, it stays stable on city streets, gravel paths and light off-road trails, and three pedal-assist levels let you choose how much help you want.

Smart App Display

The centre-mounted display shows speed, battery level and remaining range at a glance, and the handlebar controls switch assist levels or the lights without taking your hands off the bars. Bluetooth connectivity pairs with the app, so you can manage power, lighting and assist levels from your phone.

Step-Through Frame for Easy Access

A lightweight aluminium step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting effortless, whether you are in traffic or in everyday clothes. Integrated front and rear lights, plus reflective strips on the wheels, improve visibility on both day and night rides.

Designed for Comfort and Safety

Ergonomic geometry, dependable braking and a sturdy build make the BK16 comfortable and secure to ride. The bike arrives partially pre-assembled, with installation instructions and a step-by-step video included.
